Mindmil Assessments

1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on the Mindmil Assessments platform (“Platform”), operated by Mindmil Assessments, New Delhi, India (“Mindmil”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or accessing any assessment, subscription, or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy.
2. Nature of Services and Assessments
Mindmil provides digital products, including:
- Psychometric assessments
- Cognitive ability tests
- Personality and behavioural profiling tools
- Reports, dashboards, and digital insights
- User accounts and paid online access
Because assessment access is delivered digitally and results are generated instantly or upon completion, certain refunds may not be possible after access has been granted.
3. General Refund Principles
Mindmil follows a strict no-refund policy for:
- Assessments already accessed or attempted
- Reports already generated
- User accounts already activated with purchased tools
- Any digital product delivered via email or platform
- Change of mind or personal reasons
Refunds are granted only in specific, genuine cases, as outlined below.
4. Refunds for Individuals
Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:
4.1 Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same assessment due to a payment gateway error, Mindmil will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
4.2 Failure to Provide Access
If Mindmil fails to provide access to the purchased assessment within 72 hours, and the issue remains unresolved by our support team, a full refund may be issued.
4.3 Technical Issues (Unresolvable)
If a user is unable to access the assessment due to a technical error originating from Mindmil’s system (not user device/browser issues), and our team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be provided.
No refund will be provided for issues arising from:
- Poor internet connectivity
- Browser settings
- Unsupported devices
- User errors during the test
5. Refunds for Corporate Accounts
Corporate clients may receive refunds only as specified in the executed commercial agreement.
Generally, corporate purchases are non-refundable, including:
- Bulk license purchase
- Annual subscription plans
- Pre-paid assessment credits
- Customised assessments or reports
- Integrations or API-based deployments
Refunds are not available for:
- Unused assessment credits
- Expired credits
- Changes in staffing or internal processes
- Client-side delays or decisions
Exceptions may be made only in cases of:
- Duplicate billing
- Incorrect billing amounts
- Non-delivery of agreed services within timelines
Refund requests must be made through the company’s authorised representative.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Individual Users
- Once an assessment is purchased, it cannot be cancelled.
- If access has not yet been activated, a cancellation request may be reviewed case-by-case.
6.2 Corporate Clients
- Cancellations of contracts or subscriptions are subject to the terms of the commercial agreement signed with Mindmil.
- Early termination fees may apply, depending on contract terms.
7. Assessment Attempt Rules
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The user starts or attempts the assessment
- The user exits the assessment midway
- The user submits incorrect information
- The user tries to manipulate test integrity
- The user violates platform rules or Terms of Use
Mindmil may revoke access without refund for breach of integrity or misuse of assessments.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For corporate accounts, refunds may be processed via NEFT/RTGS
Mindmil is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external systems.

Refund decisions will be communicated via email.
10. Changes to This Policy
Mindmil reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
11. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
