How do we subscribe to Mindmil Assessments online?
You can subscribe directly from our website by choosing a plan (Corporate, Institution, or Individual). Once the payment is completed, your admin dashboard is activated instantly. You will receive an email with a notification. In case you face any difficulty, email support@mindmil.com
Can we request a demo before subscribing?
Yes. Corporates and institutions can book a live demo with our team to understand the assessment suite, dashboard features, reporting format, and use cases. Individuals can ask for an Assessment Guide by filling out a form or dropping an email to support@mindmil.com
How do we get login access for our employees/students?
Your admin team can upload names individually or in bulk. The system automatically sends access links and login details to each participant. You can set the test timing and link expiry.
Are the psychometric and cognitive assessments validated and reliable?
Yes. All tools are developed using scientific measurement principles, validated on Indian samples, and tested for reliability. They are trusted across corporates, colleges, and training organisations. The assessments are mostly inspired by DISC, MBTI, Hogan, 16 Personalities, etc.
Can we create our own custom assessments?
Absolutely. Mindmil offers an AI-powered Assessment Builder that helps you:
- Create custom questionnaires
- Select competencies or cognitive areas
- Set difficulty levels
- Generate automated scoring rules

Can Mindmil help us identify the right tests for our needs?

Can participants take the tests on mobile phones?
Yes. Most assessments are mobile-friendly, but for cognitive tools requiring precision, we recommend a laptop or desktop for the best accuracy. Otherwise all tests can be attempted through mobile.
What kind of reports do we receive?
You receive:

What happens if participants lose their login links or cannot access the test?
Admins can resend login links from the dashboard. Once the link is activated by clicking it will be counted as used, hence a separate link needs to be shared. Otherwise, in the link is not accessed at all and has expired due to the time bar, you will be charged for the link.
What is the Refund & Cancellation Policy?
Refunds are provided only for:
- Duplicate payments
- Non-delivery of access
- Unresolvable technical issues
Unused assessments after the activation time frame, expired credits, or change-of-plan scenarios are not eligible for refunds. Full details are available in the Refund & Cancellation Policy on the website
Can we carry forward unused tests to the next billing cycle?
Unused tests generally cannot be carried forward unless stated in your enterprise agreement. Corporate contracts may allow rollover based on negotiation.Drop us a mail at support@mindmil.com
